Moulton College is seeking a Residential Experience Officer to join our Safeguarding and Wellbeing team. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to positively impact students' lives by promoting their welfare, encouraging positive behaviours, and helping them achieve success both academically and personally. This role is full time (37 hours per week) over 40 weeks per year.
You will:
- Build a welcoming and supportive residential environment where students feel safe and valued.
- Organise and supervise social, sporting, and volunteering activities to encourage community engagement.
- Provide pastoral care and act as a trusted listener for students’ personal welfare needs.
- Uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and college policies to ensure a secure and respectful environment.
- Work closely with internal teams, parents, and external agencies to support student wellbeing.

The successful candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include:

- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
It would be advantageous, although not essential, to have a recognised qualification in Youth Work or Young People in a Residential Environment.
