Moulton College are looking to appoint a Senior Job Coach within their Learning Support team, to support our learners on supported internships.

We’re looking for a dynamic and compassionate Senior Job Coach to join our Learning Support team. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead and support a team of Job Coaches, work closely with employers and local authorities, and help shape the future of our Supported Internship Programme. Your work will directly impact the lives of young people, helping them transition into sustainable employment and fulfilling futures.
This role is working 37 hours per week over 40 working weeks per year.

The main duties of this position are:
- Lead and support a team of Job Coaches to deliver high-quality outcomes for learners on Supported Internship programmes.
- Develop and manage tailored employment pathways, including setting up and monitoring work placements and volunteering opportunities.
- Build strong partnerships with employers, local authorities, and external agencies to create meaningful job opportunities.
- Provide direct support to learners, including vocational profiling, travel training, and guidance through employment transitions.
- Oversee compliance with Access to Work processes, maintain accurate records, and ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are met.

The successful candidate for this position will have:
- Full Driving License.
- Minimum of Grade C in GCSE Maths & English Language (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of supported employment.
- Experience of working with young people with moderate to severe learning disabilities.
