We are looking for a motivated individual with a knowledge of Sports Centres and Sports Facilities to join our team as a Sports Facilities Supervisor. Flexibility is key for this role. The hours will vary and include evenings and weekends.
Interviews for this role will be taking place week commencing 20 October 2025.
The Sports Facilities Supervisor will support in the running of the College Sports Centres and any other future sports resources developed at the college. Supervising students working at the centre and undertaking basic client inductions within the fitness suite. Collating maintenance and repair needs and to report them to the maintenance team, and to undertake minor repairs including maintenance.
As part of this role, you will maintain safe working practices and conditions to ensure facilities are used in an appropriate manner.
You will support the Sports Facilities Manager in the marketing of the business to maximise commercial revenues and occupancy of the facilities.

Ideally you will have experience of working in a similar environment and hold an appropriate sport/fitness-based qualification. With excellent verbal and written communications skills, you will be confident to deal with a wide range of people and be able to demonstrate business acumen. You will be a competent user of IT and be committed to the development of young people in a college environment.
