Moulton College are looking to appoint a Job Coach within their Foundation Learning team, to support our learners on supported internships.

There are multiple posts available for this role, on a 12-month fixed term contract.

The main duties of this position are:
- To engage with and support young people with additional needs to gain supported work placements.
- To work with employers to create a positive and successful working environment for the supported intern.
- To enable and support young people with additional needs to transition successfully to paid employment.

The successful candidate for this position must have experience of working with young people with moderate to severe learning disabilities and experience of networking and forming good working relationships with a range of partners, including employers and support agencies. A Driving License and access to your own vehicle is essential as some travel within the local area is also required.
Accreditation in Training in Systematic Instruction (TSI) would also be advantageous.
