Learning Support Assistant

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant with a kind and caring nature to guide our students through their vocational studies. If you enjoy baking bread, grooming a horse or building a brick wall then working at Moulton College may be the career path for you.

We have various part time roles available on an hourly paid basis, working 3 to 4 days per week. Your availability can be discussed further if you are shortlisted for interview. You will:

  • Work with highly skilled tutors in various courses such as Construction and Foundation Learning.
  • Support students with their educational needs to ensure they succeed and reach their full potential in their chosen course.
  • Guide and offer support to students during their learning at the College.

Candidates will need a good standard of education, including GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent), and be enthusiastic and positive about supporting young people to fulfil their potential.
