You will:

  • Deliver engaging and practical lessons in horticulture, including plant and soil science, garden design, and landscaping.
  • Support learners across a range of levels and backgrounds.
  • Make use of our excellent facilities, including glasshouses, laboratories, and an extensive estate.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and course planning.
  • Foster industry links and promote best practices in horticulture.

The successful candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include:

  • A relevant qualification in Horticulture or a related field.
  • Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
  • Industry experience and up-to-date knowledge of horticultural practices.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A passion for education and student success.
